At SC Packaging, we do not accept returns. Please note that you are responsible for taking the machine at your own risk. We strongly advise you to thoroughly check the machine before taking it out of the shop. Once the machine leaves our premises, we are not responsible for any issues.

If your machine is under warranty, it will be serviced accordingly. An exchange is only available if the machine has significant problems.
